1. Who can use Noir

Noir contains adult material. You must be at least 18 years old, and of legal age where you live, to enter. If you are not, leave now.

2. Our content

• Every person who appears in a video on Noir is a verified adult, and we hold their government ID and signed consent.
• We never allow content involving anyone under 18, content shared without consent, or anything illegal. We remove it immediately and report it to the authorities.
• Only [SITE OWNER / COMPANY NAME] publishes videos. Members cannot upload videos.

3. Your account

• Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Give accurate information. One person, one account.
• We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

4. Comments and behaviour

Be respectful. Do not post anything illegal, hateful, threatening, spam, or that shares another person's private information. We may delete comments and suspend accounts at our discretion.

5. Reporting content and copyright

Every video has a Report button. Use it to report a copyright problem, someone who looks under 18, content shared without consent, or anything illegal. Reports about someone looking under 18 or shared without consent hide the video straight away until we have reviewed it.

If you own the rights to a video and want it removed, use the Report button and choose “Copyright”, and include your email address so we can reply. You can also write to [COPYRIGHT CONTACT EMAIL]. We remove content that infringes copyright and may close the accounts of repeat infringers.

6. Videos and ownership

Videos on Noir belong to their owners. You may watch them for your own personal use. You may not copy, download, re-share or sell them.

7. No guarantees

Noir is provided “as is”. We do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that arise from using it.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. If you keep using Noir after a change, you accept the new version.
